Became the second commander-in-chief after Bhishma's fall, leading the army from day 11 to day 15. 

Karna: 
The third commander, appointed after Dronacharya's death on day 15, and served until he was killed on day 17. 
Shalya: 
The fourth commander, appointed on day 18 and died on the last day of the war. 
Ashwatthama: 
Appointed the final commander-in-chief on the night of the last day of the war after Shalya's death.
